Unfortunately this is hardware issue that can not be fixed via update or calibration. Please contact Ambir Support to check the warranty status of that device.
If your signature pad is displaying a yellow mark in Device Manager, you must install the driver for that pad. Click this link for the driver: https://acct90501.secure.netsuite.com/c.ACCT90501/FTP/CDM20814_Setup.exe
If your scanner is pulling multiple pages through at the same time, the pad module is the most likely cause of the issue. Replacing the feed pad module will resolve the issue.
